Returns & Refunds

At Forest & Forge Co., every item is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, appearance and finish may occur and are considered a natural part of artisan craftsmanship.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@forestandforge.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Return instructions will be provided once a return request has been approved. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used soaps, candles, beeswax products or other personal care items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Custom-made, personalised, clearance or sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
