Forged in Forest & Flame

Forest & Forge Co. began with a simple idea: to create beautiful handcrafted goods inspired by nature, tradition and the slow art of making things by hand.

Based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Forest & Forge is the collaboration of husband and wife team, Jas and JJ.

Jas creates small-batch tallow soaps, natural candles and beeswax goods, carefully crafted using quality ingredients and traditional methods. JJ is a metalworker whose handcrafted creations bring a unique heritage element to the collection. Working with steel, iron, brass and other metals, each piece is individually shaped and finished by hand.

Together, we share a love of craftsmanship, self-sufficiency and creating products that are made to be used, enjoyed and treasured.

Handmade with Purpose

In a world of mass production, we believe there is something special about knowing who made the things you bring into your home.

Every bar of soap is poured, cut and finished by hand. Every candle is wicked, poured and labelled in small batches. Many of our beeswax products are crafted using locally sourced Southern Highlands beeswax, connecting our creations to the region we proudly call home. JJ's handcrafted metalwork is individually created in the workshop, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike.

We don't chase trends. We focus on timeless products, honest materials and traditional craftsmanship.
